  1. Geographic Segmentation: In this type of customer segmentation the customers are segmented on the basis of the state, country, region, climate, or on the basis of their market size. 

  2. Behavioral Segmentation: in this behavioral segmentation, the customers are segmented on the basis of their behavior that they show towards the brand. Whatever activity these customers do on the brand's website is recorded and used as useful data. In this segmentation, people are categorized based on their understanding and decision-making.

  3. Demographic Segmentation: In this type of segmentation, customers are segmented on the basis of their gender, education, age, and generation.
